Process

At the beginning of our journey we will analyse the efficacy of  existing processes, understand barriers to adoption to new ways of collaborative working. We will make plans for what actions need to be taken to deliver lasting and effective change.

With a plan to execute we will deliver with internal stakeholders or external suppliers the organisational change required, which typically will touch on people's ways of working, the processes they follow and the technologies they have come to use. 

Regular demonstrations of work in progress to pilot project groups or an entire user base effected by systemic changes to collaboratives ways of working are critical to ensure effective communication while transformation is taking place. This is also when feedback is used to tweak system changes.

Any transformation program is only  ever complete when changes have been documented and ownership of updates have been assigned to internal stakeholders. Making sure that documentation is quickly and easily accessible is particularly important to ensure transformation success.
